Qualifying Dependent Care Expense definition

Qualifying Dependent Care Expense means the expense incurred by a participating Employee for household and dependent care services necessary to enable gainful employment as provided in Code §21(b)(2) in accordance with Code §129.
Qualifying Dependent Care Expense means the expense incurred by a Dependent Care FSA Participant for household and dependent care services necessary for gainful employment as provided in Code Section 21(b)(2) in accordance with Code Section 129.
