Qualified Respondent means a Respondent possessing the qualifications described in this RFQ;

Qualified Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all respects to perform the requirements of the ITQ. In determining whether a Respondent is a Qualified Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

• The violation of any requirement set forth in this RFP by a Respondent may render the Response, Respondent’s selection as a Qualified Respondent, and any subsequent contract entered into as a result of the RFP voidable by the League.

• The League will evaluate Responses and will select the Qualified Respondent that meets the best interests of the League.

More Definitions of Qualified Respondent

Qualified Respondent means a Respondent which, in the sole discretion of the Issuer, meets the requirements of this RFQ/RFP.
