QIB Portion definition

QIB Portion means the portion of the Offer (including the Anchor Investor Portion) being not more than 50% of the Offer, which shall be allocated to QIBs, including the Anchor Investors (which allocation shall be on a discretionary basis, as determined by the Company in consultation with the BRLMs up to a limit of 60% of the QIB Portion) subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price or Anchor Investor Offer Price (for Anchor Investors);
