Active portion definition
Active portion means that portion of a facility where treatment, storage, or disposal operations are being or have been conducted after May 19, 1980, and which is not a closed portion. (See also “closed portion” and “inactive portion.”)
Active portion means that portion of a facility where treatment, storage, or disposal operations are being or have been conducted after the effective date of provisions of this Regulation subjecting such facility to regulation, and which is not a closed portion. (See also “closed portion” and “inactive portion”.)
Active portion means that part of a facility or unit that has received or is receiving wastes and that has not been closed in accordance with this chapter.

Active portion means that portion of a facility which is not a closed portion, and where dangerous waste recycling, reuse, reclama- tion, transfer, treatment, storage or disposal operations are being or have been conducted after:
