Putative Class Actions definition

Putative Class Actions means, collectively, (1) Ohio Securities Litigation; (2) the Delaware Shareholder Class Action; and (3) the Post-Petition Securities Action.

  • Nothing in the Plan or the Confirmation Order alters the Debtors and Post-Effective Date Debtors’ duty to take all reasonable efforts to preserve evidence related to the Putative Class Actions (including with respect to non-Debtor defendants) and the Foxconn Causes of Action (including with respect to the adversary proceeding captioned Lordstown Motors Corp.

  • The Parties agree that any deadline to answer or otherwise respond to any pleadings, motions or discovery requests in the Putative Class Actions is extended without date.

Related to Putative Class Actions

  • Class Members means all individuals in the Settlement Class, including the Class Representatives.

  • Settlement Class Members means a Person(s) who falls within the definition of the Settlement Class.

  • Administrative Claim means a Claim for costs and expenses of administration of the Estates under sections 503(b), 507(a)(2), 507(b), or 1114(e)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, including: (a) the actual and necessary costs and expenses incurred on or after the Petition Date of preserving the Estates and operating the businesses of the Debtors; (b) Allowed Professional Fee Claims in the Chapter 11 Cases; and (c) all fees and charges assessed against the Estates under chapter 123 of title 28 of the United States Code, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1911-1930.

  • Class Member means a member of the Class.

  • Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.
