Purchaser Resolution definition

Purchaser Resolution means an ordinary resolution of the Purchaser Shareholders approving the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding Company Shares in accordance with the terms of the Arrangement and all ancillary matters related thereto;
Purchaser Resolution has the meaning given to it in Subsection 7.3(a)(iv);

  • Master Resolution means the Amended and Restated Master Resolution Establishing The University of Texas System Revenue Financing System adopted by the Board on February 14, 1991, as amended on October 8, 1993, and August 14, 1997.
