Purchase Valuation Period definition

Purchase Valuation Period means, with respect to a Purchase made pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, the period on the Purchase Date for such Purchase, beginning at the applicable Purchase Commencement Time and ending at the applicable ending time specified in the Purchase Agreement on such Purchase Date for such Purchase.
Purchase Valuation Period means, with respect to a Purchase, the period commencing at the applicable Purchase Commencement Time and ending at the applicable Purchase Termination Time for such Purchase.
Purchase Valuation Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8.

  • The parties acknowledge and agree that during the Rapid Closing Date, Fixed Purchase Valuation Period and VWAP Purchase Valuation Period, the Investor may contract for, or otherwise effect, the resale of the subject purchased Purchase Notice Shares to third-parties.

  • MCE Valuation Period means, subject to any extension (as described in further detail in the Conditions), the period commencing from and including the moment upon which the Mandatory Call Event occurs and up to the end of the following trading session on the Index Exchange; and

  • Exercise Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Exercise Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non-waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Call Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Issuer’s Call Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non- waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • ST Valuation Date means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • Bid Valuation Date means May 10, 2010.
