Prudential Notes definition

Prudential Notes has the meaning specified in Recital A hereto.
Prudential Notes means the 11.99% Series B Guaranteed Senior Notes due January 13, 2002 in the aggregate principal amount of $60 million, issued by MacSaver pursuant to the Prudential Notes Agreement and guaranteed by Heilig-Meyers.
Prudential Notes has the meaning ascribed in the recitals.
