Initial Noteholder definition
Initial Noteholder means (i) with respect to Note A-1, the Initial Note A-1 Holder and (ii) with respect to Note A-2, the Initial Note A-2 Holder.
Initial Noteholder as to any Note shall mean either the Initial Note A Holder or the Initial Subordinate Noteholders as is designated the “Holder” in the table set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Noteholder as to any Note shall mean the Initial Barclays Note Holder, the Initial DBNY Note Holder or the Initial Goldman Note Holder as is designated the “Initial Noteholder” in the table set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Examples of Initial Noteholder in a sentence
The Company will afford the benefits of this Section 2.02(b) to any Institutional Investor that is the direct or indirect transferee of any Note purchased by such Initial Noteholder under the Indenture.
More Definitions of Initial Noteholder
Initial Noteholder means any of the Initial Note A Holder and/or the Initial Note B Holder.

Initial Noteholder means each Noteholder listed on Schedule A to the Note Agreement purchasing any Notes on the Closing Date.
Initial Noteholder means (i) with respect to Note A-1-1, Note A-1-2, Note A-1-3, Note A-1-4, Note A-1-5, Note A-1-6, Note A-1-7, Note A-1-8, Note A-1-9, Note A-1-10, Note A-1-11, Note A-1-12, Note A-1-13, Note A-1-14, Note A-1-15, Note A-1-16 and Note A-1-17, the Initial Note A-1 Holder, and (ii) with respect to Note A-2-1, Note A-2-2, Note A-2-3 and Note A-2-4, the Initial Note A-2 Holder.
Initial Noteholder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
