Proponents definition

Proponents means the Debtors and the Committee as proponents of the Plan.
Proponents means, collectively, the stockholder of record providing the notice to the Corporation, any beneficial owner or beneficial owners (within the meaning of Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act) upon whose behalf such stockholder of record is providing such notice, and any Stockholder Associated Person. Any one of the foregoing is referred to herein as a “Proponent”.
Proponents means Toy Biz and the Secured Lenders.

All Data and records in the custody or under the control of ERA that are required in the performance of duties or functions or the exercise of powers delegated to ERA by theMinister of Environment and Parks are subject to the Records Management Regulation, Alta Reg. 224/2001. Principles ERA follows ten principles:
Proponents means (a) the Debtors, (b) the Creditors’ Committee, (c) Oaktree and Angelo Gordon, each in its capacity as a Holder of Senior Loan Claims, or as a general partner or manager of an entity that is a Holder of Senior Loan Claims, and as a proponent of this Plan and (d) JPMorgan as the Senior Loan Agent and as a Holder of Senior Loan Claims; provided, however, that where this Plan provides for any approval, waiver, modification, or action by the “Proponents”, such approval or waiver may be given or modification or action may be taken by the Proponents so long as each of the Debtors, the Creditors’ Committee, Oaktree, Angelo Gordon, and JPMorgan all agree in writing with such approval or action; and provided further, however, that other Persons may become “Proponents” of this Plan with the written consent of each of the Debtors, the Creditors’ Committee, Oaktree, Angelo Gordon, and JPMorgan.
Proponents means any person, association, committee, organization or other group, or their designated representatives, who advocate and cause the circulation and filing of petitions for a statewide advisory question of public policy or a proposed constitutional amendment for submission at a general election and who has registered with the Board as provided in this Act.
