Dow Corning means Dow Corning Corporation, a Michigan corporation, the debtor and debtor-in-possession in the Case, and including any entities merged with or into it as of the Petition Date.
Dow Corning means Dow Corning Corporation and Dow Corning Canada, Inc., and their predecessors, subsidiaries and assigns.
