Property Item definition

Property Item means Surplus Property of the Local Contracting Agency which the Local Contracting Agency requests the State to dispose of pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Local Contracting Agency may, at any time, remove a Property Item from the Surplus Property List by notifying the State in writing.
