Promoter Sellers means each of Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Chiranjeevi, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, SRH, and each Person who is either an Affiliate of any such Person or a Related Person of any such Person, in each case who is a Seller. [
