Project Cost Threshold definition

Project Cost Threshold means as pertaining to (a) the amount of the Approved Leasing Costs pertaining to any Lease, or (b) the cost of any proposed alterations (as opposed to repairs and maintenance in the ordinary course of business) applicable to any Property in a twelve (12) month period, an amount equal to the greater of (x) twenty percent (20%) of the Allocated Loan Amount for the applicable Property or (y) $2,400,000.

  • A payment default under the EPC Agreement or delivery of a notice of intended termination of the EPC Agreement, in either case, at any time before the Project Cost Threshold has been reached shall constitute an event of default under the indenture for the New Notes, except if such termination is the result of a change in Environmental Laws following which the Facility is operating and is projected to operate in the future at or above the Operating Threshold and in compliance with Environmental Laws.

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.

  • Restoration Threshold means with respect to each Individual Property, five percent (5%) of the original Allocated Loan Amount of such Individual Property.

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Total Project Cost means the lowest of the following:

  • Alteration Threshold means, with respect to each Individual Property, five percent (5%) of the original Allocated Loan Amount (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement) of such Individual Property.

  • Direct Cost means a cost not to exceed the cost of labor, material, travel and other expenditures to the extent the costs are directly incurred to provide the relevant assistance or service. “Direct Cost” to the Acquirer for its use of any of a Respondent’s employees’ labor shall not exceed the average hourly wage rate for such employee;

  • Emergency Expenditure means any of the Eligible Expenditures set forth in the CERC Operations Manual in accordance with the provisions of Section I.G of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and required for the activities included in the CERC Part of the Project.

  • Qualified Project Costs shall have the meaning given to it in the Regulatory Agreement.

  • Estimated Project Cost means Benchmark cost of MNRE which is Rs 8.00 Crore/MWp as per MNRE letter no. 03/20/2014-15/GCRT/11.12.14 at the time of Bid Due date.

  • Approved Operating Expenses operating expenses incurred by Borrower which (i) are included in the Approved Operating Budget for the current calendar month, (ii) are for real estate taxes, insurance premiums, electric, gas, oil, water, sewer or other utility service to the Property or (iii) have been approved by Lender, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Expansion Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures for Acquisitions or Capital Improvements. Expansion Capital Expenditures shall include interest (including periodic net payments under related interest rate swap agreements) and related fees paid during the Construction Period on Construction Debt. Where cash expenditures are made in part for Expansion Capital Expenditures and in part for other purposes, the General Partner shall determine the allocation between the amounts paid for each.

  • Maximum allowable cost list means a list of drugs for

  • Total Project Costs means, with respect to a Project, the sum of (i) the Qualified Project Expenditures plus (ii) all other costs necessary to acquire the Land, construct the Development Work and the Construction Improvements in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and complete the Project.

  • Capital Expenditure Budget shall constitute an estimate for the applicable period of the capital expenditures required to (i) accomplish capital enhancement projects included in the most recently approved Strategic Plan, (ii) maintain and preserve the Partnership's assets in good operating condition and repair and (iii) achieve or maintain compliance with any HSE Law.

  • Contract Cost means the Contract Sum plus Price Variation. This cost shall be included in the letter of acceptance.

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • Emergency Expenditures means any of the eligible expenditures set forth in the CERC Manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and required for the Contingent Emergency Response Part.
