Product Delivery Date definition

Product Delivery Date means that date upon which the Bulk Product is available for collection from the Approved Facilities.
Product Delivery Date means the date on which the Products are to be delivered to Borrower as set forth in the Request Certificate.
Product Delivery Date means the date identified in Intrepid’s Purchase Order on or before which VMR shall deliver V2 Products to Intrepid’s designated warehouse. During the first twelve (12) months after the Intrepid V2 Product Inventory Date, the Product Delivery Date shall not be less than ninety (90) days after the Purchase Order date. After this initial twelve (12) month period, with the understanding that the ordering and delivery process will become more efficient, the Product Delivery Date shall not be less than seventy (70) days after the Purchase Order date.

  • License fees, maintenance fees and service fees shall be invoiced on the Product Delivery Date.

Related to Product Delivery Date

  • First Delivery Date means the first date by which the commodity for a Futures Contract can be delivered in order for the terms of the Futures Contract to be fulfilled.

  • Delivery Date means the date or dates specified in the Purchase Order by which the Supplier is required to deliver the Work.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to
