Procurement Resolution definition

Procurement Resolution means the Arlington Public Schools Procurement Resolution as in effect at the time of any procurement to which these Guidelines are applicable.
Procurement Resolution means the County’s Procurement Resolution, adopted by the Board of Supervisors on June 21, 2011, Amended June 20, 2012, May 4, 2018, April 5, 2019, October 7, 2019, July 1, 2020, July 1, 2021, and July 1, 2022, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • This Contract incorporates by reference Article 9 of the Arlington Public Schools Procurement Resolution as well as all state and federal laws relating to ethics, conflict of interest, or bribery, including but not limited to Va. Code Xxx.

  • Arrangement Resolution means the special resolution approving the Plan of Arrangement to be considered at the Company Meeting, substantially in the form of Schedule B.

  • Procurement means the purchasing, buying, renting, leasing, or otherwise obtaining of any supplies, services, or construction. It includes all functions that pertain to the procurement of any supply, service, or construction item, including description of requirements, selection and solicitation of sources, preparation and award of contract, and all phases of contract administration;

  • resolution plan means a plan proposed by resolution applicant for insolvency resolution of the corporate debtor as a going concern in accordance with Part II;

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Amalgamation Resolution means the special resolution of the Shareholders concerning the Amalgamation to be considered at the Meeting, substantially in the form set out in Appendix A to the Circular;

  • resolution action means the decision to place an institution or entity referred to in point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 1(1) under resolution pursuant to Article 32 or 33, the application of a resolution tool, or the exercise of one or more resolution powers;

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • UK Resolution Authority means the Bank of England or any other public administrative authority having responsibility for the resolution of any UK Financial Institution.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.
