Process Developments definition

Process Developments shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.2(a) of this Agreement.

Examples of Process Developments in a sentence

  • Without payment to Prometheus, GSK shall own all right title and interest in and to all Process Developments and such Process Developments shall be deemed the Confidential Information of GSK (subject to Section 5.2).

  • Provider grants to Requester or its designated affiliate an irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make, have made, have, use, offer to sell and sell, import or otherwise practice the Intangible Process Developments learned and arising under the Statement of Work that are not specified as a Deliverable, in the Requester Field.

  • Requester grants to Provider an irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make, have made, have, use, offer to sell and sell, import or otherwise transfer products and services embodying or practicing such Intangible Non-Process Developments and Intangible Process Developments, both as learned by Provider and arising under the Statement of Work in the in the Provider Field.

  • All intellectual property relating to the Product, excluding Process Developments (as defined below), conceived, reduced to practice, authored, or otherwise generated or developed in the course of activities under the supply agreement, whether patentable or not, and any authorship of works relating to a Product, including any trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets or copyrights (“Product Developments”), shall be owned by Cornerstone without payment to Neos.

  • Requester or its designated affiliates owns the (a) Intangible Non-Process Developments and (b) any Intangible Process Developments specified as a Deliverable, arising under the Statement of Work for use in 14- the Requester Field.

  • Requester or its designated affiliates owns the (a) Intangible Non-Process Developments and (b) any Intangible Process Developments specified as a Deliverable, arising under the Statement of Work for use in Confidential Treatment Requested by 3M Health Care Company Pursuant to 17 C.F.R. Section 200.83 the Requester Field.

Related to Process Developments

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, multi-apartment buildings, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Supply Chain means the individuals and organisations who will be responsible for any of the design and/or construction of the Works as set out in the Schedule of Supply Chain Members;

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • scientific research means any activity in the field of natural or applied science for the extension of knowledge;

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.
