Private Service Connection Lateral means a portion of the Sewer System, not owned by Akron, used to convey wastewater from a building or buildings to that portion of the Sewer System owned by Akron.
Private Service Connection Lateral means the portion or portions of the Combined Sewer System or Sanitary Sewer System, not owned by Defendants, used to convey wastewater from a building or buildings to that portion of the Combined Sewer System or Sanitary Sewer System owned by either Defendant.
