Private Label Site definition

Private Label Site means a set of World Wide Web pages through which a Company Client may access the GT Reservation System via screens displaying the Content.
Private Label Site means the set of world wide web pages, also referred to herein as the Air Outlet Center Site, hosted by GT through which a Company Client may access the GT Reservation System via screens displaying the Company Content and incorporating product features as set forth in Attachment B.
Private Label Site means a secure payment website on the Internet that presents the Look and Feel of Client’s existing website and is developed, hosted and maintained by FIS pursuant to this Addendum, and at which a User may perform a Transaction

Examples of Private Label Site in a sentence

  • Company grants to GT a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license during the term of this Agreement to reproduce, electronically distribute and publicly display the Content delivered to GT by Company only on the Private Label Site in accordance with Company's instructions.

  • If, in Company's reasonable discretion, GT's use of the Marks does not meet Company's then-current trademark usage policy, or the Private Label Site and associated services are performing in a manner that Company believes negatively affects the value of the Marks, GT will, at Company's request, undertake the necessary remediation, as set forth in Sections 3 or 10 or as otherwise agreed by the parties.

  • GT will accumulate and invoice all Tickets fulfilled from Bookings on the Private Label Site directly to Company on a monthly basis, which will include a monthly report of such Bookings.

  • After acceptance of the Private Label Site, GT shall have no obligation to perform further development or customization work except as set forth in this Section 3, Section 10, or as may be required pursuant to Attachment D.

  • Company will assign one or more Universal Resource Locators (URL) for the Private Label Site, which GT will promptly implement.

  • In the event paper Tickets are required at GT's discretion, GT will send paper Tickets by regular U.S. mail to the address that the Company Client indicates on the Private Label Site.

  • Such support will include reasonable consultation on the operation and utilization of the Private Label Site and problem resolution for a System Failure as reported by the Company or Company's designated program administrator.

  • GT will book to the applicable CRS and email a confirmation, if -------- possible, to the Company Client for each Booking made through the Private Label Site within two (2) hours for such Booking.

  • GT shall provide Company with the technical support for the Private Label Site as set forth in Attachment D.

  • As part of the service that GT provides Company, GT will make a complete backup of Company information stored in connection with operation of the Private Label Site at least once a day.

Related to Private Label Site

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Brand Name Drug means a Prescription Drug that has been given a name by a manufacturer or distributor to distinguish it as produced or sold by a specific manufacturer or distributor and may be used and protected by a trademark.

  • Label means a display of written, printed, or graphic matter upon the immediate container of any article. A requirement made by or under authority of this chapter that any word, statement, or other information appear on the label shall not be considered to be complied with unless such word, statement, or other information also appears on the outside container or wrapper, if any, of the retail package of such article or is easily legible through the outside container or wrapper.

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Credit card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

  • Cell Site means the Communication Provider’s radio base station premises or Third Party CP radio base station premises;

If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • User means a person, department or other administrative unit of the City authorized by the Contract Administrator to order Work under this Contract;

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.

  • Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.

  • Game ticket or "ticket" means an acceptable evidence of Play, which is a ticket produced in a manner that meets the specifications defined in the rules of each Selling Lottery and Rule 31 (Play Validation) and is a physical representation of the Play or Plays sold to the player or is a properly and validly registered ticketless transaction Play.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.
