Prior Period Fixed Rent definition

Prior Period Fixed Rent means, for any Lease Year, the Fixed Rent for the immediately preceding Lease Year.
Prior Period Fixed Rent means, for any Lease Year, the annual rate of Fixed Rent that was in effect immediately prior to the commencement of such Lease Year. By way of illustration only, the Prior Period Fixed Rent applicable to Lease Year 4 shall equal the annual rate of Fixed Rent that was in effect as of the end of Lease Year 3.

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.

  • Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
