Principal Executive Officers definition

Principal Executive Officers as used in this Agreement shall mean the Chairman of the Board of the Company, the President and Chief Executive Officer the other senior executive officers of the Company and/or its affiliated companies and such other officers of the Company as are designated by the Company's Board of Directors as "principal executive officers."

  • Executive Officers means the Company's “executive officers” as defined in 12 C.F.R. § 215.2(e)(1) (regardless of whether or not such regulation is applicable to the Company).
