principal attorney means a person authorized by subscribers pursuant to a subscribers’ agreement to sign reciprocal contracts on their behalf and to act on the subscribers’ behalf with respect to any matter specified in the subscribers’ agreement mentioned in section 2-57 relating to those contracts;
principal attorney means a principal attorney as defined in the Insurance Act;

  • Principal Agent means the person or entity appointed by the employer and named in the schedule.   • Loan broker means any person who, for compensation or gain, or in the expectation

  • General Security Agreement means that certain Security Agreement (Personal Property), substantially in the form of Exhibit F, dated as of the date hereof, between Borrowers (or, as the case may be, each Guarantor), as Debtor, and Lender, as Secured Party, securing the Obligations of Borrowers (or, as the case may be, the obligations of each Guarantor), as the same may from time to time be amended, modified or supplemented.

  • Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions means, with respect to the Company, the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions, in the form of Exhibit E, executed by the Company and delivered to and acknowledged in writing by the Transfer Agent.

  • Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit D, together with the standard form of application for letter of credit used by the applicable Issuing Bank, signed by a Senior Officer of the applicable Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be provided therein.

  • Authorised Signatory means, in relation to any Obligor, any person who is duly authorised and in respect of whom the Administrative Agent has received a certificate signed by a director or another Authorised Signatory of such Obligor setting out the name and signature of such person and confirming such person’s authority to act.

  • Disbursement Instruction Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B to be executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.1.(a), as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time with the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent.

  • Private Certificate As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Custody Agreement The Custody Agreement or Agreements identified in the Trust Agreement.
