Primary Nominations definition

Primary Nominations means a written statement issued by each Party to the other at least twenty-five (25) days prior to the commencement of each quarter declaring the volume by grade of its estimated Lifting Allocation which the Party desires to lift during the Forecast Quarter;

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Secondary Notice means written notice from the Company notifying the Investors and the selling Key Holder that the Company does not intend to exercise its Right of First Refusal as to all shares of Transfer Stock with respect to any Proposed Key Holder Transfer.

  • Nomination means a request by a Shipper to Carrier to transport a stated quantity of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline for the account of such Shipper in any month.

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
