Nomination definition

Nomination means a request by a Shipper to Carrier to transport a stated quantity of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline for the account of such Shipper in any month.
Nomination means an offer by a Shipper to a Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation from a specified origin(s) to a specified destination or destinations pursuant to the terms of this tariff.
Nomination means an application by a Shipper to the Carrier for transportation of a stated quantity of Petroleum Products from a specified origin or origins to a specified destination or destinations in accordance with these rules and regulations.

Nomination as herein used means written designation by a Shipper to the Pipeline Operator of an approximate quantity of Crude Petroleum for transportation from specified origin point(s) to a specified destination point(s) over a period of one calendar month in accordance with these rules and regulations.
