Nomination definition

Nomination means an offer by a Shipper to a Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation from a specified origin(s) to a specified destination or destinations pursuant to the terms of this tariff.
Nomination means a request by a Shipper to Carrier to transport a stated quantity of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline for the account of such Shipper in any month.
Nomination or “Nominate(d)” means an offer by a Shipper to the Carrier in accordance with this tariff for the transportation of a stated quantity and type of Crude Petroleum from a Receipt Point to a Delivery Point.
