Primary Area of Responsibility definition

Primary Area of Responsibility means the geographic area described in the Dealer Primary Area of Responsibility Exhibit.
Primary Area of Responsibility means the specific geographic area or market segment in which Dealer has agreed to market Avaya Managed Products in accordance with this Agreement. The agreed upon Area for Dealer is set forth in the Appendix: Area.
Primary Area of Responsibility or “PAR” means the geographic area described in Article 2 and Appendix A, within which you conduct the Business.
