Price Differential Collection Period definition

Price Differential Collection Period means, with respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan and Price Differential Payment Date (except for the initial Price Differential Payment Date for such Purchased Mortgage Loan), the period that commences on the first (1st) day of the preceding month and ends on the last day of such month. The Price Differential Collection Period with respect to the initial Price Differential Payment Date for a Purchased Mortgage Loan shall be the period that commences on the applicable Purchase Date and ends on the last day of such month.
Price Differential Collection Period means, with respect to any Transaction hereunder as of any date, the period commencing on (and including) the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on (but excluding) the Repurchase Date.
