If any such conversion of a Transaction occurs on a day which is not the last day of the then current Pricing Rate Period with respect to such Transaction, Seller shall pay to Buyer such amounts, if any, as may be required pursuant to Section 3(h) of this Agreement.
Buyer or its agent shall determine the Pricing Rate in accordance with the terms of this Agreement on each Pricing Rate Determination Date for the related Pricing Rate Period and notify Seller of such rate for such period on such Pricing Rate Determination Date.
With respect to any Transaction, the Pricing Rate shall be determined initially on the Pricing Rate Determination Date applicable to the first Pricing Rate Period for such Transaction, and shall be reset on each Pricing Rate Determination Date for the succeeding Pricing Rate Period for such Transaction.
Buyer shall provide notice of the foregoing conversion to a Benchmark Replacement Transaction to Seller (which may be by electronic mail) at least one (1) U.S. Government Securities Business Day prior to the next succeeding Pricing Rate Determination Date.
