Definition of Tenant Deposits


Tenant Deposits means, with respect to a Property, all security deposits, prepaid rentals, cleaning fees and other refundable deposits and fees collected from Tenants, plus any interest accrued thereon, paid by Tenants to the applicable Seller pursuant to its Leases. Tenant Deposits shall not include any non-refundable deposits or fees paid by Tenants to the applicable Seller, either pursuant to the Leases or otherwise. 1.1.107

Examples of Tenant Deposits in a sentence

The actual cost of all of the following shall be paid through the construction escrow described hereinafter from the Tenant Improvement Allowance and the Tenant Deposits, if necessary, [as such terms as hereafter defined].
All amounts so deposited by Tenant are herein collectively called "Tenant Deposits".
