Predecessor Certificate means a Predecessor Corporate Units Certificate or a Predecessor Treasury Units Certificate.
Predecessor Debenture means every previous Debenture evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Debenture; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Debenture authenticated and delivered under Section 2.9 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture.
Book-Entry Preferred Securities Certificates means a beneficial interest in the Preferred Securities Certificates, ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by a Clearing Agency as described in Section 5.11.
Book-Entry Preferred Security means a Preferred Security, the ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by a Depositary.
Restricted Global Certificate Has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(c).
Global Preferred Security means a Preferred Securities Certificate evidencing ownership of Book-Entry Preferred Securities.
Class ___ Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent on behalf of the Depositor in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit ____ hereto.
WREGIS Certificate or “Certificate” means “Certificate” as defined by the WREGIS Operating Rules.
Definitive Preferred Securities Certificates means Preferred Securities issued in certificated, fully registered form that are not Global Preferred Securities.
Predecessor Company means Crown Castle International Corp., a Delaware corporation, prior to the merger with Crown Castle REIT Inc., resulting in the Company.
Predecessor Notes of any particular Note means every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 306 in lieu of a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note.
Predecessor Bond means, with respect to any particular Bond, every previous Bond evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Bond; and, for the purpose of this definition, any Bond authenticated and delivered under Section 2.06 in lieu of a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Bond shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Bond.
Unrestricted Securities Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Annex A.
Class A-S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 hereto.
Non Book-Entry Preferred Securities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Preferred Securities Certificate means a certificate evidencing ownership of Preferred Securities, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C.
Predecessor Note of any particular Note means every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 2.06 in lieu of or in exchange for a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note that it replaces.
Book-Entry Certificate Any Certificate registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee.
Non-Book-Entry Certificate Any Certificate other than a Book-Entry Certificate.
Restricted Securities Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Annex A.
Class S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-22 hereto and evidencing an undivided beneficial interest in the Class S Specific Grantor Trust Assets. The Class S Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate, Certificate Balance or Notional Amount.
Book-Entry Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.
Capital Securities Certificate means a certificate evidencing ownership of Capital Securities, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C.
Non-Book Entry Certificates As defined in Section 5.02(c)(iii) of this Agreement.
Predecessor Board means The Board of Education for the Borough of East York, The Board of Education for the City of Etobicoke, The Board of Education for the City of North York, The Board of Education for the City of Scarborough, The Board of Education for the City of Toronto, The Board of Education for the City of York, or The Metropolitan Toronto School Board.
