Predecessor Notes definition

Predecessor Notes of any particular Note means every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 306 in lieu of a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note.
Predecessor Notes means, with respect to any particular Note, every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purpose of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 2.09 of the Indenture in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Note.
Predecessor Notes means, with respect to any particular Note, every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purpose of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 2.05 of the Indenture in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Note (or a mutilated Note surrendered to the Trustee) shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Note (or a mutilated Note surrendered to the Trustee).

  • Interest on any Note that is payable, and is punctually paid or duly provided for, on any Interest Payment Date shall be paid to the Person in whose name that Note (or one or more Predecessor Notes) is registered at the close of business on the Regular Record Date.


More Definitions of Predecessor Notes

Predecessor Notes means, with respect to any particular Seven-Year Note, every previous Seven-Year Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Seven-Year Note; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Seven-Year Notes authenticated and delivered under Section 2.08 hereof in exchange for mutilated Notes or in lieu of lost, destroyed or stolen Seven-Year Notes, shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Seven-Year Notes.
Predecessor Notes. With respect to any particular Note, every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purpose of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 17 or the terms of a Note in lieu of or in exchange for a mutilated, lost, destroyed, or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note, and any Note issued upon registration of transfer of or in exchange for any other Note shall be deemed to evidence all or a portion of the same debt evidenced by such other Note.

Predecessor Notes with respect to any particular Senior Secured Note, shall mean any previous Senior Secured Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Senior Secured Note; for the purposes of this definition, any Senior Secured Note authenticated and delivered pursuant to Section 2.08 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Senior Secured Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Senior Secured Note.
