Book-Entry Certificate definition

Book-Entry Certificate. Any Certificate registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee.
Book-Entry Certificate. The Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates for so long as the Certificates of such Class shall be registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee.
Book-Entry Certificate means any Certificate registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee ownership of which is reflected on the books of the Depository or on the books of a person maintaining an account with such Depository (directly or as an indirect participant in accordance with the rules of such Depository).

Book-Entry Certificate. Any one of the Class A-1 Certificates, Class B-1 Certificates, Class B-2 Certificates and Class B-3 Certificates, beneficial ownership and transfers of which shall be evidenced by, and made through, book entries by the Clearing Agency as described in Section 5.01(b).
