MDHC agrees and acknowledges for purposes of this Agreement that all equipment and supplies installed in or delivered to the Facility, or, if applicable, the Practice Facility, by or at the direction of Sponsor pursuant to this Agreement, the Concession Agreement or the License Agreement (as such terms are defined below) shall be and remain the personal property of Sponsor.
