Policies and Procedures Guide definition

Policies and Procedures Guide means the policies and procedures guide that describes detailed operational procedures for the Services to be developed in accordance with Section 10.2.
Policies and Procedures Guide shall have the meaning given in Section 16.3(A) of the Master Agreement.

  • The Policies and Procedures Guide shall be suitable for use by Company to understand the Services.

  • The Policies and Procedures Guide shall describe the activities Provider proposes to undertake in order to provide the Services, including the direction, supervision, monitoring, staffing, response times, controls, reporting, communications, planning and oversight activities normally undertaken to provide services of the type Provider is to provide under this Agreement.

  • Company shall provide its approval or comments and suggestions within thirty (30) days of receipt of the draft Policies and Procedures Guide.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Environmental Guidelines means the environmental guidelines and occupational health and safety standards of the World Bank Group as in effect on [Bid Date].

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • COGE Handbook means the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook prepared jointly by The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (Calgary Chapter) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum (Petroleum Society), as amended from time to time.

  • Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.

  • Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
