Polestar Vehicles definition

Polestar Vehicles means new Polestar branded cars, for resale to Distributor. For the avoidance of doubt, used cars, test cars or pre-series cars are not included.
Polestar Vehicles means New Polestar Vehicles and Used Polestar Vehicles, collectively.
Polestar Vehicles means completely built-up new Polestar branded motor vehicles as identified in Appendix 1

Examples of Polestar Vehicles in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Section 8 (Indemnification) shall apply to Polestar Vehicles and spare parts thereof manufactured during the term of this License Agreement, after the termination of the License Agreement.

  • Seller is engaged in the design, research and development, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and distribution of Polestar Vehicles (as hereinafter defined).

  • VEHICLES 6.1 The Parties recognise that it is in both their interests to try to ensure an orderly sale of any Polestar Vehicles that the Provider has (for whatever reason) repossessed from any End Customer.

  • However, for the avoidance of any doubt, Polestar shall not be under any obligation whatsoever to buy back any vehicles from the Provider or any End Customer following the original sale of such Polestar Vehicles by Polestar.

  • Should any information furnished to any of them become inaccurate or incomplete in any way, I/we hereby agree to notify the Fund, the AIFM, HSBC or Distributor immediately of any such change and further agree to immediately take such action as the Fund, the AIFM, HSBC or Distributor may direct, including where appropriate, redemption of our Shares/Units1 in respect of which such confirmations have become incomplete or inaccurate where requested to do so by the Fund, the AIFM, HSBC (as applicable).

Related to Polestar Vehicles

  • Motor vehicle surface means any pervious or impervious surface that is intended to be used by “motor vehicles” and/or aircraft, and is directly exposed to precipitation including, but not limited to, driveways, parking areas, parking garages, roads, racetracks, and runways.

  • Motor Vehicles means motor vehicles, tractors, trailers and other like property, whether or not the title thereto is governed by a certificate of title or ownership.

  • Antique motor vehicle means every motor vehicle, as defined in this section, which was actually

  • Recreational Vehicle (RV means a vehicle, which is:

  • Motor vehicle means land vehicles propelled other than by muscular power, such as automobiles, motorcycles, autocycles, and low speed vehicles. For the purposes of this definition, motor vehicle does not include farm equipment, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, motorized wheelchairs, go-carts, gas buggies, golf carts, ski-slope grooming machines, or vehicles that run only on rails or tracks.

  • Motor vehicle fuel means any petroleum distillate having a Reid vapor pressure of more than four (4) pounds per square inch and that is used to power motor vehicles. Diesel fuel and kerosene are not considered to be motor vehicle fuels.

An “underinsured motor vehicle” does not include any vehicle or equipment:

  • Light vehicle means a motor vehicle commonly referred to as an automobile, van, sport utility
