Letter of Authorization means a letter signed by an officer of the licensee on whose behalf the filing is submitted that designates filing authority to the filer.

Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.

ACH Authorization means the ACH Debit Authorization Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit H.
point of supply means the point determined by the Municipality or any duly authorised official of the Municipality at which electricity is supplied to any premises by the Municipality;
Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.
Authorization means any authorization, approval, consent, certificate, license, permit or franchise of or from any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Law.
Certificate of Authentication The meaning specified in Section 2.1.
Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Standard Body necessary for the manufacture, development, distribution, use storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.
Point of compliance means the location(s) at the source(s) of contamination or at the location(s) between the source(s) and the point(s) of exposure where concentrations of chemicals of concern must meet applicable risk-based screening levels at Tier 1 or other target level(s) at Tier 2 or Tier 3.
Point of Impingement means any point outside the facility in the natural environment and as defined by s.2 of O. Reg. 419/05.
Point of Order means a matter that a Member considers to be a departure from or contravention of the rules, procedures or generally accepted practices of Council.
Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;
point of entry /"Point of Exit" means a location designated for the in-country arrival of inspection teams for inspections pursuant to this Convention or for their departure after completion of their mission.
Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.
Appropriate Authority(ies) means the U.S. State Department, the government authority(ies) in the Covered Person’s Home Country or Country of Residence or the government authority(ies) of the Host Country.
