The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to open Collection Accounts in the name of the Company with The Toronto-Dominion Bank and instruct all Obligors to stop making payments into Collection Accounts with respect to which PNC Bank National Association is the Collection Account Bank and to remit payments to the new Collection Accounts opened in the name of the Company with The Toronto-Dominion Bank.
