Playoff Home Games definition

Playoff Home Games means games played after the end of the League’s regular season as part of its championship tournament, for which the Team must qualify based on its regular season record, where the Team (and not the opposing team) has the right to designate the location of such game or which is considered one of the Team’s home games by the League for purposes of League Rules or scheduling.

Examples of Playoff Home Games in a sentence

  • Oilers Playoff Home Games are not included in this Agreement for these In-Ice Fixed Sign positions.

  • If, in addition to the payment of any Premium Seating License Fees, Licensee Events Tickets for a Licensee Event are purchased separately by a Premium Seating Licensee or other Person (such as for NBA Playoff Home Games at the Arena as set forth in Section 12.3), the gross amount of money or the value of other consideration received by the Licensee or the Licensor from the sale of such Licensee Event Tickets shall be retained by (or paid to) the Licensee.

  • OEG and the Advertiser acknowledge that this Agreement and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Promotional Rights are not applicable to any Oilers Playoff Home Games or Oil Kings Playoff Home Game that may occur in the Arena during the Term unless expressly provided for in this Agreement.
