Plant Redelivery Point definition

Plant Redelivery Point means the point at or near the tailgate of a Plant at which the Residue Gas is redelivered by a Plant into any interstate or intrastate pipeline connected to that Plant.

Examples of Plant Redelivery Point in a sentence

  • After Processing Equity Gas and/or Slug Liquids and the recovery of the Raw Make, Products and Processor's Retrograde therefrom, Processor shall deliver or cause to be delivered Producers' Residue Gas to Producers or Producers' designee at the applicable Plant Redelivery Point.

  • The Residue Gas redelivered by Processor shall comply with the Quality Specifications in effect on the date of delivery to the transporter receiving such Residue Gas at the Plant Redelivery Point if that Equity Gas and/or Injected Liquids meets the Quality Specifications upon delivery to the Upstream Pipeline at the Field Delivery Point or Processor has elected to accept Off-Spec Deliveries under the conditions of Sections 5.5 and 5.6 of this Agreement.

  • Any new Consideration Basis shall represent either (i) the price of Gas at the Field Delivery Point of the Upstream Pipeline that is connected to a respective Plant, multiplied by 1.05 or (ii) the price of the Gas at another mutually agreeable location, whichever more closely represents the value of the Gas at the Plant Redelivery Point.

  • Processor will take commercially reasonable actions within its control to assure that the Residue Gas redelivered by Processor complies with the specifications in effect on the date of delivery to the pipeline transporter receiving such Residue Gas at the applicable Plant Redelivery Point so long as the Equity Gas attributable to such Residue Gas met the same specifications (except for all specifications for liquefiable hydrocarbon content) at the applicable Field Delivery Point.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Residue Gas means that portion of all Gas, as measured at the tailgate of the Gas Plant, remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Gas Plant and field fuel requirements, and Gas Plant and field losses or uses of Gas at the Gas Plant.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Process Gas means gas used for which alternate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • storage vessel means a pressure vessel as defined in the Regulations for Pressure Vessels made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act;

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.
