Plan Administration Agreement definition

Plan Administration Agreement means the agreement governing the role, rights, and responsibilities of the Plan Administrator. The Plan Administration Agreement will be filed as part of the Plan Supplement.

Plan Administration Agreement means the agreement between the Debtors and the Plan Administrator governing the Plan Administrator’s rights and obligations in connection with the Plan and Wind Down Entities, dated as of the Effective Date, which shall be filed as part of the Plan Supplement.
