Third Party Originating Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier that originates Transit Traffic that transits AT&T-TSP’s network and is delivered to CLEC.

Channel migration zone (CMZ) means the area where the active channel of a stream is prone to move and this results in a potential near-term loss of riparian function and associated habitat adjacent to the stream, except as modified by a permanent levee or dike. Program Guide The Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's standard mortgage programs, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.
Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
Park model recreational vehicle means a unit that:

CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Program Agreements means, collectively, this Agreement, the Guaranty, if any, the Custodial Agreement, the Pricing Side Letter, each Underlying Entity Agreement, if any, the Administration Agreement, the Electronic Tracking Agreement, if any, the Netting Agreement, the Custodial Account Control Agreement, each Holdback Account Control Agreement, if any, each Power of Attorney, each Servicing Agreement, if any, and each Servicer Notice, if any.
Originating Affiliate means an Affiliate of AmeriCredit that has originated Receivables and assigned its full interest therein to AmeriCredit.
