Foreign Governmental Entity definition

Foreign Governmental Entity means any non-United States Governmental Entity.
Foreign Governmental Entity means any foreign Governmental Entity, any political subdivision thereof, or any corporation or other entity owned or controlled in whole or in part by any Governmental Entity or any sovereign wealth fund, excluding entities related to the government of the United States.
