PGMs definition

PGMs means (a) platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium and osmium (all six being the metallic elements contained in the Platinum Group of the Periodic Table, “PGEs”) but only where the primary focus of the extraction process is on the extraction of one or more of the PGEs; (b) gold and silver (“Precious Metals”) but only where the primary focus of the extraction process is on the extraction of one or more of the PGEs or one or more of the Precious Metals; and (c) nickel, copper, cobalt, and other metals, elements or compounds but only where the primary focus of the extraction process is on the extraction of one or more of the PGEs or one or more of the Precious Metals;
PGMs means platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium and osmium together with the associated metals of gold, silver, nickel, copper and cobalt;
PGMs means “Platinum Group Metals”. Platinum Group Metals include platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, osmium and iridium. All PGMs have catalytic qualities and resist corrosion and are chemically inert over a wide range of temperatures.

"Volatility Buffer" means (a) if, on the date of determination, Party A has a short-term credit rating of "A-2" by S&P and the Termination Date of the Transaction will occur in less than 5 years, 3.25%, (b) if, on the date of determination, Party A has a short-term credit rating of "A-2" by S&P and the Termination Date of the Transaction will occur in less than 10 years but more than 5 years, 4.00%, (c) if, on the date of determination, Party A has a short-term credit rating of "A-3" by S&P and the Termination Date of the Transaction will occur in less than 5 years, 4.00%, (d) if, on the date of determination, Party A has a short-term credit rating of "A-3" by S&P and the Termination Date of the Transaction will occur in less than 10 years but more than 5 years, 5.00%, (e) if, on the date of determination, Party A has a long-term credit rating of "BB+" or lower by S&P and the Termination Date of the Transaction will occur in less than 5 years, 4.50%, or (f) if, on the date of determination, Party A has a long-term credit rating of "BB+" or lower by S&P and the Termination Date of the Transaction will occur in less than 10 years but more than 5 years, 5.75%. In the event Party A elects or is required to post collateral pursuant to Part 5(f) of the Schedule due to a ratings downgrade or withdrawal by S&P, the Valuation Agent shall verify its calculation of the Secured Party's Exposure on a quarterly basis by seeking two quotations from Reference Market-makers. If two Reference Market-makers are not available to provide a quotation, then fewer than two Reference Market-makers may be used for such purpose. If no Reference Market-makers are available, then the Valuation Agent's estimates at mid-market will be used. The Valuation Agent may not obtain the quotations referred to above from the same person in excess of four times during any 12 month period. Where more than one quotation is obtained, the quotation representing the greatest amount of Exposure shall be used by the Valuation Agent. In the event the verification procedures set forth above indicate that there is a deficiency in the amount of Eligible Collateral that has been Transferred to the Secured Party, the Pledgor shall Transfer the amount of Eligible Collateral necessary to cure such deficiency to the Secured Party within three Local Business Days.

  • PPMS means project performance monitoring system;

  • HMIS means the Homeless Management Information System, which is a client-level data collection and management system implemented at the community level that allows for better coordination among agencies providing services to clients.

  • AER means annual equivalent rate;

  • MD&A means management’s discussion and analysis.

  • MEPS means the New MAS Electronic Payment and Book-Entry System and has the same meaning as set out in the Payment and Settlement Systems (Finality and Netting) (Designated System) Order 2012;

  • ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.

  • AMS means the Federal Aviation Administration’s Acquisition Management System.

  • PSE means purchasing-selling entity.

  • BGS shall refer to the State of Maine Bureau of General Services.

  • KENAS wherever appearing means the Kenya National Accreditation Service or its successor(s) and assign(s) where the context so admits

  • NPS means nominal pipe size.

  • Buyers has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • dwarfism means a medical or genetic condition resulting in an adult height of 4 feet 10 inches (147 centimeters) or less;

  • SCCs means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and implemented by the European Commission decision 2021/914, dated 4 June 2021.

  • HSS means the Health Support Services, a Board governed HSP.

  • APC means the Ambulatory Payment Classification system under 42 CFR 419.31 used by Medicare for grouping clinically and resource-similar procedures and services.

  • Intel means Intel Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • TPS means a third party supplier which is authorized by law to sell electric service to a customer using the transmission or distribution system of Duke Energy Progress.

  • AE means any untoward medical occurrence in a Human Subject administered Test Article. An AE does not necessarily have a causal relationship with the Test Article, that is, it can be any unfavorable and unintended sign (including an abnormal laboratory finding), symptom, or disease temporally associated with the use of the Test Article, whether or not it is related to it.   • Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.
