The Assuming Bank shall (and shall cause any of its Affiliates to which the Assuming Bank transfers any Shared-Loss Assets or Shared-Loss MTM Assets) to, or a Third Party Servicer to, manage, administer, and collect the Shared-Loss Assets and Shared-Loss MTM Assets while owned by the Assuming Bank or any Affiliate thereof during the term of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement in accordance with the rules set forth in this Article III (“Rules”).
A significant part of MTM involves reviewing members’ medication profiles looking for drug-drug interactions, drug disease interactions, adverse reactions, and drugs added to counteract side effects of other drugs.
Reporting is a critical factor in determining effectiveness of individual MTM programs as well as the MTM program for all Indiana Medicaid members.
While members may refuse to participate in the MTM program, the MTM activities which do not require the member’s direct involvement shall continue to be performed by the Contractor.
Following this four (4) month period, the Contractor must engage new members targeted for MTM within sixty (60) days.
