PFFA definition

PFFA means the meaning given to such term in the Recitals hereto.
PFFA means the Project Feasibility and Facilitation Agreement dated 30 June 1995 between PTC and Mackie. "PLANNING PERMIT" means permit number 96-432 issued on 29 April 1997 by the City of Frankston.
PFFA means the Public Facilities Financing Authority of the City of San Diego, a joint exercise of powers authority duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California.

If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • SHCP means Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, the Borrower’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture means any genetic material of plant origin of actual or potential value for food and agriculture.
