Permanent Intermittent Employee definition

Permanent Intermittent Employee or “PIE” means a permanent intermittent employee as this term is used in the CCPOA Memorandum of Understanding.
Permanent Intermittent Employee means a rank and file employee who works at a position or appointment in which the employee is to work periodically or for a fluctuating portion of the full-time work schedule.
