Periodic Payment Cap. With respect to an ARM Loan, the limit on the percentage increase that may be made on the related Monthly Payment on any Payment Adjustment Date, as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.
Periodic Payment Cap. With respect to each NegAm Mortgage Loan, the provision of each Mortgage Note which permits limiting any change in the amount of the adjusted Monthly Payment due on any Payment Adjustment Date to an amount not greater than a certain percentage (set forth in the Mortgage Note) of the amount of the Monthly Payment due on the preceding Due Date.   • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.
