The Invoice Due Date will be no earlier than 10 business days from the date on which we issue your bill.
If Customer in good faith disputes any portion of any Cincinnati Bell invoice, Customer shall submit to Cincinnati Bell by the Invoice Due Date full payment of the undisputed portion of any Cincinnati Bell invoice and written documentation identifying and substantiating the disputed amount.
