Performance Periods definition

Performance Periods means each of the FFO Performance Period, the First TSR Performance Period, the Second TSR Performance Period and the Third TSR Performance Period.
Performance Periods shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A hereto.

More Definitions of Performance Periods

Performance Periods means the time period designated by the Company’s Compensation Committee for each Long-Term Award.
