Performance Level 1 definition

Performance Level 1 means that level of financial performance of the U.S. Borrower and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, measured as of the end of a fiscal quarter of the U.S. Borrower, at which the ratio of Funded Debt as of the end of such fiscal quarter to EBITDA for the then most recently ended four (4) fiscal quarter period of the U.S. Borrower is less than or equal to 3.00 to 1.00.
Performance Level 1 means that level of financial performance of the Company, on a consolidated basis, in effect on any given date at which the long term, senior unsecured, non-credit enhanced Indebtedness of the Company is rated at least BBB+ by Standard & Poor's Rating Group or Baa1 by Moody's Investors Service, Inc.
Performance Level 1 means that level of financial performance of the Parent and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, measured as of the end of a Fiscal quarter, at which the ratio of Funded Debt of the Parent at such date to EBITDA of the Parent for the then most recently ended four (4) Fiscal Quarter period is less than or equal to 4.5 to 1.0.

  • The average scale score for the students who perform at Performance Level 1 and 2 in reading and mathematics combined shall be determined for the current and previous years.

  • Beginning with the school year 2003-2004, when compared to the previous year, the school or subgroup, if used for Safe Harbor purposes, shall maintain or show improvement of the scores of the low achieving students in reading and mathematics combined or show that the percent of students at Performance Level 1 in reading and mathematics has decreased from the previous year.

  • Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target.
