Partnership Certificate definition

Partnership Certificate shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.7.

Partnership Certificate means the certificate of limited partnership of the Partnership.

Partnership Certificate means the Certificate of Limited Partnership and amendments thereto of the Company as in effect as of the date of this Agreement.

Partnership Certificate means the Certificate of Limited Partnership of the Partnership, as it may be amended and/or restated from time to time, required under the Act to be filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.

Partnership Certificate means the Certificate of Limited Partnership of the Partnership dated December 17, 1993 and filed with the Department of State of the State of New York on December 20, 1993.
